This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Clemcations delivers travel services, manages bookings, and communicates timelines, refunds, cancellations, and related terms. Our goal is to provide a seamless and curated travel planning experience that is transparent, efficient, and client-centered.
This policy applies to all travel services offered by Clemcations, including:
- Cruise Bookings
- Flight Arrangements
- All-Inclusive Resort Stays
- Hotels & Transfers
- Excursions and Guided Tours
- Itinerary Management and Travel Planning
- Downloadable Travel Guides and Materials
Clemcations begins each booking or itinerary planning engagement with client authorization via written or digital confirmation (email, form submission, or payment). By confirming services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. Custom client agreements may also be used for group or multi-component travel.
All travel documents, itineraries, confirmations, and tickets are delivered electronically via email and/or secure client portal as PDF files. Physical delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each travel supplier (e.g., cruise line, airline, resort). Clemcations will make every effort to facilitate changes or cancellations, but we do not control third-party refund decisions. Any Clemcations-issued downloadable content (e.g., guides) is non-refundable once delivered.
Due to the custom nature of travel planning, Clemcations does not accept returns of services once they are fulfilled. Clients are encouraged to review all confirmations and documents upon receipt and notify us promptly of discrepancies.
To ensure smooth fulfillment, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete traveler information
- Respond to time-sensitive communications promptly
- Review all travel documents and confirm accuracy
- Follow payment schedules and policies outlined by Clemcations and travel suppliers
Clemcations may charge separate fees for downloadable travel tools such as guides, checklists, or planning templates. These materials are for personal use only and are non-refundable once accessed.
Client data is treated as confidential and stored securely. Clemcations will never share personal information with third parties outside of travel-related suppliers without consent, except where required by law.
Clients with concerns should notify Clemcations in writing within 10 business days of receiving final travel documents. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably. If unresolved, disputes may follow informal mediation or applicable travel supplier procedures.
Clemcations may update this policy as services evolve or in response to legal changes. Clients will be notified of significant updates via email or our website.
